Programme Features

  • Equip students with professional knowledge of Hotel Management and Tourism Management
  • Provide students with academic knowledge and professional training in hospitality management, so as to enable them to apply their creative thinking and professional skills to meet the demands at work and prepare for future advanced studies

The Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management (HDHM) Programme, offered by the Department of Business and Hospitality Management, aims to provide students with a broad and enriched learning experience in hospitality management and to enhance their intellectual and personal development. Internship and Partners

Internship

Students are required to complete at least 500 hours of internship to be eligible for the award of the Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management. Students will be arranged to participate in internship at hotels, restaurants and/or travel services companies.

The School’s training hotel, Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2, is located in East Kowloon. Faculty members will be able to develop case studies for students.
