This Higher Diploma program allowed me to gain insight into the knowledge of different hospitality industries, such as aviation, cruise and hotel industry. Also, this program offered an internship which provided me the firsthand experience of working in the hospitality industry and assisted me to adapt to the hospitality industry environment.
