Design

Our programme emphasize on studio-based learning to cultivate the industry readiness and professionalism of our students. To make the learning experience more effective and closer to the real-life industry practice, we have dedicated 24-hour access design studios (fashion design, graphic design, and interior architecture) where each student has their own working space. We also have photography studio, photo processing lab, sewing and knitting room, creative corner, output center, and such arrangements to support learning.

CBCC Ground Lab was also established to support CBCC design alumni who are keen on establishing their own design business or conducting research and product development. The lab also provides real life social design project and research opportunities for our students and teaching staff and it promotes entrepreneurship and multi-disciplinary practice in design and cultivate innovation and design sensibilities to future young creative talents through providing workshops and organizing collaborative projects for the secondary school students in Hong Kong.
