Programme Objectives

Caritas Bianchi College of Careers Diploma in General Studies typically aims to strengthen students’ various academic abilities, including Chinese and English Language and critical thinking ability. The program also provides students with diverse elective subjects to broaden students’ horizons and interests in order to allow students get prepared for studying Higher Diploma or Associate Degree program.

The Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management (HDHM) Programme, offered by the Department of Business and Hospitality Management, aims to provide students with a broad and enriched learning experience in hospitality management and to enhance their intellectual and personal development. The Programme offers students with both academic and vocational training that enables them to take up the relevant roles in the hospitality fields by applying their creative thinking, techniques and skills. The provision of high quality and practical education through the Programme intends to build up students‟ confidence, competence and understanding of the respective disciplines, and also to facilitate them for becoming effective and efficient practitioners either in employment or for higher education. The Programme also includes General Education (GE) and different required courses in its curriculum. Such a basic and rich scope will enable students to make their best informed-decisions in deciding their goals for further studies and career development.
