课程特色

专业认可

本课程为香港会计师公会（HKICPA）认可课程，毕业生可获得专业资格课程（QP）当中四卷的豁免考试资格。

The Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management (HDHM) Programme, offered by the Department of Business and Hospitality Management, aims to provide students with a broad and enriched learning experience in hospitality management and to enhance their intellectual and personal development. The Programme offers students with both academic and vocational training that enables them to take up the relevant roles in the hospitality fields by applying their creative thinking, techniques and skills. The provision of high quality and practical education through the Programme intends to build up students‟ confidence, competence and understanding of the respective disciplines, and also to facilitate them for becoming effective and efficient practitioners either in employment or for higher education. The Programme also includes General Education (GE) and different required courses in its curriculum. Such a basic and rich scope will enable students to make their best informed-decisions in deciding their goals for further studies and career development.

课程设不少于五百小时的实习。本校会安排同学到酒店、餐厅或旅行社进行「实习培训」，加深同学对有关行业的认识和了解。

  • 学业优异奖学金名额限每个课程五名；学生并须成功通过奖学金面试

  • 香港中学文凭考试成绩要求以最佳五科计算。最佳五科总分计算方法:
    1. 任何必修科目及选修科目均可计算；数学科延伸部分(M1/M2)会被视为独立科目。换算方法：5**=7，5*=6…如此类推
    2. 应用学习科目取得「达标」或「达标并表现优异」的成绩，于入学时会被视为等同香港中学文凭考试科目成绩达「第二级」或「第三级」，最多计算两科应用学习科目
